Software
Since 1986 CPC has been designing subtitling and captioning software and acting on customer feedback. The result is today’s CaptionMaker & MacCaption, the finest subtitling and captioning software available anywhere. 

With both CaptionMaker (Windows) & MacCaption (Macintosh), you can subtitle any digital video without the need for a hardware character generator. Both software can create subtitles with translucent or no background. Other options are: characters with border around, kerning, and line spacing.

In addition, with CaptionMaker for Windows XP/NT/2000 you can use industry standard Ultech ITVInjector (DV-2000/3000) or Chyron Codi hardware to generate anti-alised characters for both analog and digital video.

MacCaption works with Unicode and it supports all languages. CaptionMaker does not work with Unicode and supports  languages with single byte fonts only.
