Live Captioning Click Here for the Order Form Captioning setup fee $100 Captioning each 15 minutes segment of live event* $65 (If both broadcast and webcast captioning are required, add $50/hour) * If the event contains a significant amount of technical terms,  there will be a surcharge of up to 30%. Examples of captioning a live event: 1. Captioning a 1 hour live event will cost $100 (setup fee)  + 4 x $65 = $360 2. Captioning a 4-hour live event will cost $100 (setup fee)  + 4 x 4 x $65 = $1140 ($285/hour)
