Captioning
Live Webcasts
The
audio from a live event is displayed as a text stream (captions) by CPC’s
real-time captioner, and displayed on a web site using a streaming media
player such as RealPlayer, Windows Media Player or QuickTime.
The text is displayed in its own window; and the text size and
font can be controlled by the viewer of the webcast.
The client can use
their own web server to host the live video with captions. If client does
not have any web hosting capability, CPC can host the live webcast on
CPC’s site at additional cost.
